### Architect Skills Needed
- Expertise in Node.js development
- Expertise in HTTP concepts (headers, cookies, https, reverse proxies, etc.)
- Expertise in cloud technologies such as containers, Kubernetes, IaaS, etc.
- Expertise with at least one no-sql database (Redis, Mongo, etc.)
- Strong understanding of REST API principles and best practices
- Strong understanding of security principles (authentication, authorization, OAuth, etc.)
- Experience with ELK stack
- Experience leading dev teams
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
### Sr Developer Skills Needed
- Expertise in Node.js development
- Expertise in at least one UI framework/library (React, Angular, PolymerJS), and Web Components
- Experience in cloud technologies such as containers, Kubernetes, IaaS, etc.
- Experience in JavaScript and supporting technologies such as TypeScript and NPM
- Experience with at least one no-sql database (Redis, Mongo, etc.)
- Strong understanding of REST API principles and best practices
- Strong understanding of HTTP concepts (headers, cookies, https, reverse proxies, etc.)
- Knowledge of Node.JS concepts (Such as event loop, cluster, memory management)
- Familiarity with JavaScript with latest ECMA-Script specifications.
