Position: Oracle Financial Cloud - 8-12 years

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion Technical Financials Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in Oracle Fusion Financials and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions to support our financial systems
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Oracle Fusion Finance support team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents, service requests, and system issues.
Act as the primary point of contact for Oracle Fusion Finance application support, collaborating closely with cross-functional business and IT stakeholders.
Oversee system configurations, upgrades, patch management, and integrations to ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues within Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, PO, AP, AR, FA, CM & Projects.) along with EBS Finance
Coordinate with Oracle and third-party vendors to resolve escalated technical problems and ensure continuous system availability.
Develop and maintain operational documentation, including standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, and training materials.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, supporting audit and risk management activities as required.
Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance support efficiency and user satisfaction.
Provide regular reports on system performance, incident trends, and support metrics to senior management.
Skill Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Finance
Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance application support, with at least 5 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
Deep technical expertise across Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, etc.).
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, integrations, and cloud-based financial systems.
Proven experience in incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and global team environment.
Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Financials) are highly desirable.
