Summary

Role: FHIR / HL7 Interoperability Engineer
Location: 100% Remote
 
The ideal candidate should have:
EcoMed360 + FHIR + HL7 + Healthcare APIs + US Core + Da Vinci + SMART on FHIR
 
What will this person do?
We need a healthcare interoperability engineer who has hands-on FHIR/HL7 experience and has worked with EcoMed360.
The person will:
  • Build and maintain FHIR APIs for EcoMed360.
  • Work with healthcare data such as patient, provider, payer, and authorization information.
  • Build APIs required for CMS healthcare interoperability requirements.
  • Work with HL7 FHIR R4 (4.0.1).
  • Use US Core and Da Vinci FHIR standards such as:
    • PDex – Payer Data Exchange
    • CRD – Coverage Requirements Discovery
    • DTR – Documentation Templates and Rules
    • PAS – Prior Authorization Support
  • Work with SMART on FHIR and OpenID Connect for secure application access.
  • Support Bulk FHIR data exports for large amounts of healthcare data.
  • Test and validate FHIR APIs using tools such as Inferno before production release.
