W2 Salesforce Administrator

Introduction:

Seeking a Salesforce Administrator / Systems Analyst with strong Salesforce administration, data analytics, and data quality/governance experience. The candidate will work with business and technology teams to analyze requirements, improve Salesforce data quality, and deliver scalable CRM solutions.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business and technology teams to analyze requirements and improve Salesforce data quality
Utilize Salesforce declarative tools for administration tasks
Lead large-scale Salesforce data hygiene, quality, and governance initiatives
Analyze large structured/semi-structured datasets
Utilize SOQL, Salesforce Data Loader, and MS Excel for data analysis
Implement duplicate rules, matching rules, validation rules, and Salesforce automation
Understand relational databases and data modeling
Work with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
Utilize ETL, data lakes/data warehouses, and Power BI
Conduct root-cause analysis, document findings, and communicate with stakeholders

Requirements:

3+ years of Systems Analysis experience, including requirements gathering, data analysis, and data mapping
Hands-on Salesforce Administration using declarative tools
Experience with large-scale Salesforce data hygiene, quality, and governance initiatives
Strong experience analyzing large structured/semi-structured datasets
Proficiency with SOQL, Salesforce Data Loader, and MS Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting)
Knowledge of duplicate rules, matching rules, validation rules, and Salesforce automation
Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
Familiarity with ETL, data lakes/data warehouses, and Power BI
Strong root-cause analysis, data governance, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
