Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Generalist to provide consultative HR support by handling employee inquiries via phone and email during the transition from PeopleSoft (PS) to Oracle HCM. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, managing HR cases in ServiceNow, and resolving employee issues related to HR policies, compensation, benefits, payroll, and employee lifecycle events.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to employee HR inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
• Create, track, and resolve HR cases using ServiceNow or a similar case management platform.
• Support HR processes in PeopleSoft (PS) and Oracle HCM.
• Provide guidance on:
  • Performance Management
  • Employee lifecycle changes
  • Compensation and pay-related inquiries
  • Benefits and payroll deductions
  • HR policies and procedures
• Assist with onboarding, HR documentation, employee records, and training initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
• Escalate complex HR issues when appropriate and ensure timely resolution.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Generalist, HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Contact Center.
• Strong customer service/contact center experience with high-volume phone and email support.
• Experience with Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, or similar HRIS platforms.
• Experience using ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, or similar case management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate''s or Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• PHR/SPHR/GPHR certification is a plus.
• Experience supporting employee relations, benefits, compensation, and HR administration.
