Job Summary We are seeking a Senior AI Native Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-driven applications and systems. This role focuses on building production-grade AI and LLM-based solutions, including agents and orchestration workflows, while leveraging cloud-native architectures. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development expertise, experience with AI platforms, and the ability to integrate intelligent systems into enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Design and implement AI-powered systems, including agents, retrieval (RAG), orchestration workflows, and policy-based routing Develop evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, latency, and reliability of AI systems Implement observability, monitoring, and lifecycle management for AI applications Integrate AI platforms and providers, enabling multi-model and multi-provider architectures Optimize AI model usage for performance, cost, and latency Develop scalable, cloud-native services using microservices, containers, and serverless architectures Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code for efficient deployment Ensure production readiness, including logging, monitoring, and fault tolerance Build and deploy AI-powered applications aligned with business workflows Integrate AI systems with enterprise platforms and APIs Develop backend services and APIs to support AI and agent workflows Define and execute testing strategies for AI systems Monitor, debug, and optimize system performance, including latency, throughput, and cost Required Qualifications 810+ years of software engineering experience Strong experience with cloud-native systems, including APIs, microservices, containers, and serverless architectures Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/LLM-based systems in production environments Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar backend programming languages Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools Experience working with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, or similar Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI Experience designing multi-agent or distributed AI systems Familiarity with enterprise-scale system integration Experience optimizing AI workloads for cost and performance Education: Bachelors Degree
