Infinite Solutions Inc. is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of a CBAP Certified Business Analyst

Mandatory skills

1. Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience in the successful gathering, documenting, and validating user requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project constraints.
2. Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of FTE experience in the last ten (10) years reporting on team progress and testing activity status, as well as discussing and collaborating on progress with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams.
3. Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of FTE testing knowledge experience in the last ten (10) years with various testing methodologies, including functional, non-functional, and integration testing, and the ability to apply this knowledge to testing efforts.
4. Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of FTE experience in the last ten (10) years using case management tools to validate requirements, ensuring the delivery of solutions that address users requirements and expectations.
5. Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of FTE experience in the last ten (10) years analyzing requirements, performing requirements validation, translating requirements to actionable items through to test case execution, and documenting test results.
6. Must have experience in the last ten (10) years demonstrating proficiency in using relevant tools and technologies, including at least five (5) years of FTE experience in one (1) of the following from each group:

• Jira
• Azure DevOps
• ALM Octane
• Or equivalent toolsets for requirements management

1. Must have five (5) years of FTE experience in at least three (3) of the following testing tools, or equivalent toolsets:

• Tricentis Tosca
• SmartBear Tool Set
• SOAPUI
• TestNG
• Selenium
• Postman
• Cucumber
• Katalan Studio
• Neoload

1. Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of FTE experience working within cross-functional teams, promoting knowledge transfer and collaboration between business analysts and Quality Assurance (QA) consultants.
2. Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of FTE experience in ensuring a customer-centric approach, such as utilizing human-centered design principles for analyzing requirements, executing tests, and validating solutions.

Desirable skills

1. The staff must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience working with Salesforce.
2. The staff must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience working with Snowflake.
3. The staff must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience working with Service Now ETL, Talend, or PostgreSQL.
4. The staff must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience establishing master data management strategy and solutions.
5. The staff must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience working with mainframe data storage, virtual storage access method (VSAM) files.
6. The staff must have experience working with IBM Query Management Facility (QMF) and IBM Db2 Analytics Accelerator (IDAA) for z/OS.
7. The staff must have experience decomposing and mapping Binary Large Object (Blob) / Character Large Object (CLOB) data to normalization data repositories.
8. The staff must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience with object-oriented programming.
9. The staff must have a minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated FTE experience in the last ten (10) years writing and developing functional/technical documentation with emphasis on developing detailed requirements on a project valued at 20 million dollars or more.
10. The staff must have possession of at least one (1) of the following certifications, current and active (must attach certifications):

1) Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

2) Certified Software Tester (CSTE) offered by the Quality Assurance Institute (QAI)

3) One or multiple levels of certification as an ISTQB Certified Tester by the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB)

4) ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119 Software Testing Standard

5) ISO 9001 Quality Management System

6) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification by the Project Management Institute

1. The staff must have a minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience in the last ten (10) years working with highly complex target application environments involving complex integration and multiple stakeholders.
2. The staff must have a minimum of five (5) or more years of FTE experience in the last ten (10) years using issue management tools.
3. The staff must have a minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience in the last ten (10) years setting up and performing test automation using Tosca Testing Automation Suite
4. The staff must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience working with Motor Vehicle organizations implementing Salesforce solutions.
