Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, AI agents, and modern AI frameworks. This role requires strong software engineering expertise, a passion for AI innovation, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Generative AI applications aligned with business requirements.
• Build and integrate LLM-powered solutions using models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and other foundation models.
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Implement AI agent workflows and orchestration frameworks to automate complex business processes.
• Create and refine prompt engineering strategies to improve model performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Develop APIs, microservices, and backend services to support AI applications and integrations.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI model performance, latency, and cost efficiency.
• Implement security, governance, and responsible AI practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements for deployed AI solutions.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years focused on Generative AI, Machine Learning, or AI-driven application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents.
• Experience working with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
• Proficiency in Python and experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, CI/CD, testing, and deployment processes.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and data platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Vertex AI, Anthropic Claude, or similar AI platforms.
• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Experience building conversational AI, copilots, chatbots, or agentic AI solutions.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Relevant AI, Machine Learning, or Cloud certifications are a plus.
