Job Description:

A typical day in this role centers on turning business needs into delivered, production-ready solutions. The individual partners with innovation and delivery leads to run requirements and design sessions, then actively drives delivery of Fabric data pipelines, Power BI dashboards, and supporting data models in Dataverse. They work hands-on with Power Apps and Power Automate to operationalize workflows, ensure data quality and governance, and translate insights into executive-ready reporting

The ideal candidate has a strong background in delivery-focused technical program or solution architecture roles, with hands-on experience across Microsoft Fabric data pipelines, Power BI dashboarding, and Dataverse-based data models. They bring practical experience building and operationalizing solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate, paired with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, governance, and scalable designs. Experience working in customer-facing or innovation environments-where documentation, delivery discipline, and cross-team coordination are critical

How will contractor performance be measured?:

Contractor performance will be measured across three areas: delivery, quality, and collaboration. This includes on-time and high-quality delivery of Fabric data pipelines, Power BI dashboards, and Power Platform solutions; low rework and strong adoption of delivered assets; and the ability to effectively collaborate with multiple team members and stakeholders across innovation, delivery, leadership, and customer success. Consistent communication, alignment in working sessions, and positive stakeholder feedback are key indicators of success.

Top 3 Must-Have HARD Skills & years of experience for each:

1 - Microsoft Fabric & Data Engineering (3-5 years): Hands-on experience building and maintaining Fabric data pipelines, semantic models, and integrated analytics solutions that support production reporting and AI scenarios.
2 - Power BI Analytics & Dashboard Delivery (3-5 years): Proven ability to design, build, and deliver executive-ready Power BI dashboards, including data modeling, DAX, and performance optimization for scalable reporting.
3 - Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) (3-5 years): Practical experience creating apps, workflows, and Dataverse schemas to operationalize processes, automate intake and governance, and support data-driven solutions.
