Summary

Title: MuleSoft Architect (FSL Integration Focus)

Location: Remote (with travel after 17 weeks), locations may include Tampa, Rochester, St. Louis, or other sites

Duration: L contract

Work A: U.S Citizen/ holder

 

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement enterprise‑grade MuleSoft integrations from the ground up

  • Lead integrations between Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and enterprise platforms

  • Support large‑scale, multi‑system integration initiatives across multiple charter systems

  • Architect solutions to integrate MuleSoft and FSL into existing platforms

  • Work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure scalable, reliable integrations

  • Support critical business initiatives impacting large technician populations

  • Document architecture decisions, integration patterns, and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • 7–8+ years of experience in enterprise integration or architecture roles

  • Strong hands‑on MuleSoft architecture and implementation experience

  • Experience integrating Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL)

  • Proven experience implementing integrations from scratch

  • Background working in large enterprise environments
    (e.g., Cox, Comcast, Time Warner, or similar scale)

  • Experience integrating MuleSoft with multiple downstream systems

  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting large field technician environments

  • Prior involvement in telecom or utilities implementations

  • Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem beyond FSL
