We are hiring for a Test Lead (Automation Testing Selenium) for an onsite opportunity.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with a strong Child Support domain background and expertise in enterprise testing strategies, automation testing, and quality assurance leadership. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience leading testing efforts across large-scale systems, including web applications, batch processes, interfaces, forms, and reports. This role requires hands-on Selenium automation experience, strong test management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead testing activities across enterprise applications, including web portals, interfaces, batch processes, forms, and reports
Define and implement testing strategies, frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for Agile and Waterfall projects
Review, author, and execute manual test cases and automated test scripts
Develop and maintain Selenium automation scripts using Java and/or Python
Create test plans, test strategies, test estimates, and testing schedules
Coordinate system testing, integration testing, regression testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing activities
Participate in client UAT meetings and support business stakeholders during testing cycles
Collaborate with Scrum Masters, SMEs, Developers, Test Managers, and Business Teams to understand requirements and design comprehensive test coverage
Identify functional gaps and ensure quality standards are met throughout project delivery
Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution activities
Lead and mentor testing teams while ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
Support delivery management and client communication throughout the testing lifecycle
Required Skills:
Strong Child Support domain experience
Extensive experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing
Strong experience in Test Planning, Test Strategy, and Test Estimation
Experience leading large testing teams
Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies
Strong Selenium automation experience
Selenium scripting using Java
Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery models
Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination
Experience with Web Services Testing
Experience with Performance Testing
Experience with Delivery Management and Client Support
Hands-on experience with JIRA
Experience with JAMA
Experience with SoapUI
Experience with JMeter
Experience with UFT
Experience with Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, and Xray
Preferred Skills:
Selenium scripting using Python
Experience working with government or public sector applications
Experience testing large-scale enterprise systems
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Experience supporting digital modernization initiatives
