Job Overview:
Pay Range: $45.00hr - $50.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Strong experience with DevOps tools and automation.
- Expertise in GitHub Actions.
- Proficiency in YAML scripting and workflow design.
- Strong scripting expertise in Shell, Bash, and YAML.
- Scripting proficiency in Python or PowerShell.
- Hands-on experience with middleware technologies including WebLogic 12c / 14c and JBoss 7.4 / 8.1.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, release management, and automation practices.
- Experience troubleshooting pipeline failures and deployment issues.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and YAML-based workflows.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks and reusable workflows to improve deployment efficiency.
- Build and maintain scripts including Shell, Bash, Python, YAML, and PowerShell for automation and operational tasks.
- Manage and support middleware platforms including WebLogic 12c / 14c and JBoss 7.4 / 8.1.
- Automate application deployments, patching, and environment provisioning across middleware environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve build, deployment, and infrastructure issues.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth integration and release processes.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and DevOps best practices.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Azure Cloud including AKS, App Services, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform and ARM templates.
