Work Hours: Possible work hours are from 8am-6pm PST with core work hours being 9am-5pm PST. The expectation is that you are onsite for 9 hours per day with a 1-hour unpaid lunch. That could look like:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Lead for a team of Trainers to spearhead the design and delivery of high-impact learning experiences. In this role, you will not only oversee the creation of training content but also mentor a team of specialists to ensure our organization stays ahead of rapidly evolving skills gaps. You will be the primary advocate for a culture of lifelong learning, leveraging both proven instructional frameworks and emerging AI technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strategic & Critical Thinking: The ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.
  • Advanced Educational Expertise: Mastery of adult learning theories, curriculum development, and instructional design models.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring tools, must have experience creating and facilitating trainings for a software engineering population
  • Soft Skills: Strong empathy, "sense-making" (turning complex noise into clarity), and the ability to build trust in work cultures across geographies.
  • Experience: Typically 5-7+ years in L&D or instructional design, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Education: Computer Science Background

Key responsibilities of Global Training Lead
  • Implement the learning framework (Based on Gagne's Nine principles of adult learning and following ADDIE Method) through well designed template for content creation by the Client SMEs.
  • Rolling out End-to-End Process flow along with introducing and implementing set of Standards, Guidelines etc. Publishing the template and socialize with the client SMEs and Training Team.
  • Strong facilitation experience
  • Content creation from start to finish working for software engineering/QA teams
  • To ensure new Advanced Content Developments are completed and hosted in LMS.
  • Modify and Maintain existing Contents as per the Learning Framework implemented
  • To ensure all the training batches are executed as per schedule. Performances are tracked and monitored.
  • Weekly Governance call with trainers to monitor training schedule, performance and issues. Conduct regular team and leadership reviews.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
