Job Description

BryceTech is seeking an experienced Knowledge Manager to support U.S. Space Force organizations in El Segundo, California. The Knowledge Manager will establish and maintain effective processes for capturing, organizing, managing, and disseminating program information and organizational knowledge. The position will help ensure that leadership and program teams have timely access to accurate, relevant, and well-organized information to support mission execution and decision-making. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple Government organizations and mission areas in a fast-paced, classified environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain knowledge management processes, procedures, and organizational practices to improve the collection, organization, accessibility, and dissemination of program information
  • Collect, organize, analyze, and maintain information from multiple Government organizations, program offices, functional areas, and mission partners
  • Develop and maintain knowledge repositories, shared workspaces, databases, trackers, libraries, and other information-management tools
  • Establish and maintain standardized processes for document management, information sharing, records organization, and version control
  • Identify opportunities to improve information flow, collaboration, and access to organizational knowledge
  • Capture and document organizational processes, lessons learned, best practices, decisions, and other institutional knowledge
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, status trackers, and other knowledge products to support program execution and leadership decision-making
  • Consolidate information from multiple sources and transform complex or disparate data into clear, concise, and actionable products
  • Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures, guides, reference materials, briefing products, and other organizational resources
  • Coordinate with Government stakeholders, contractors, and mission partners to collect, validate, and disseminate information
  • Monitor information repositories and knowledge products for accuracy, completeness, currency, and appropriate access
  • Support senior leadership by providing timely access to relevant program information, historical data, documentation, and organizational knowledge
  • Assist with establishing taxonomies, metadata, naming conventions, and other standards to improve information discoverability and usability
  • Identify gaps, redundancies, and inconsistencies in program information and coordinate corrective actions
  • Handle sensitive and classified information in accordance with applicable security, information-management, and access-control procedures
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite and other Government-approved collaboration and knowledge-management tools to develop and maintain professional-quality products
  • Perform other knowledge management and program support duties as required to support the mission

Qualifications
  • Active DoW Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; master's degree desired
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience supporting Department of Defense information technology, knowledge management, information management, or related mission support activities; NRO, NSA, and/or NGA experience acceptable
  • Demonstrated experience creating, administering, and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint sites and managing associated data storage
  • Experience supporting SharePoint site reorganization, content updates, permission management, site creation, deletion, and renaming
  • Experience supporting data migration, data cleanup, content organization, and end-user assistance within SharePoint or similar collaboration environments
  • Experience with process engineering design and implementation, including development and improvement of out-of-the-box processes and workflows
  • SCRUM Master-level competency with Jira and Confluence
  • Experience administering Atlassian Jira user groups and project roles and configuring Jira workflows and dashboards
  • Experience supporting Jira and Confluence environments to facilitate collaboration, workflow management, information sharing, and organizational knowledge management
  • Experience providing basic troubleshooting and technical support to end users for SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration tools
  • Strong understanding of information organization, data management, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing practices within a DoD environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate with users and stakeholders, and independently execute assigned technical and administrative tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical processes and provide effective end-user support
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment supporting classified space programs
