Summary

Our Healthcare client is seeking an experienced Infor CloudSuite Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst II to support a large-scale ERP transformation initiative. This role will focus on optimizing supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, logistics) within Infor CloudSuite, supporting system implementation, stabilization, and ongoing improvements in a complex healthcare environment. This 100% remote role has an initial duration of 6+ months.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, test, and support Infor CloudSuite Supply Chain modules
Analyze and optimize business processes across procurement, inventory, and logistics
Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training
Ensure data integrity and manage ERP data processes
Lead and support ERP-related projects and enhancements
Maintain system and process documentation
Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders on upgrades and issue resolution
Drive continuous improvement and system optimization

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
3-5+ years of ERP analysis/implementation experience (Infor CloudSuite preferred)
2+ years of Supply Chain experience (procurement, inventory, logistics)
Strong business process analysis and optimization skills
Experience managing projects and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
