Our client is undertaking a large-scale transformation from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion. We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to manage the downstream technology and integration impacts of the ERP transformation.

The core Oracle Fusion implementation is being handled by a separate program. This role will focus on coordinating the impact across approximately 40 interconnected applications and integrations, including Workday, Beeline, Travel & Expense, HR, Finance and other enterprise systems.

< dir="auto">Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple integration workstreams associated with the Oracle EBS → Fusion transformation.
• Coordinate technical teams, SMEs and business stakeholders across interconnected systems.
• Manage integration testing, regression testing and data conversion activities.
• Track APIs, data flows, data mapping, field formatting and upstream/downstream dependencies.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and technical deliverables.
• Assess downstream impacts resulting from Oracle Fusion changes.
• Coordinate timelines and readiness across a large portfolio of integrations.
• Support changes to both technology and business processes throughout the transformation.

• 10+ years of Technical/IT Project Management experience.
• Experience managing complex enterprise technology initiatives involving multiple systems.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, databases, data flows and data mapping.
• Experience with ERP implementations or enterprise-wide technology transformations.
• Experience coordinating integration testing, regression testing and data conversions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to manage numerous technical workstreams simultaneously.
