Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Archer Developer with over 10 years of IT experience, including extensive hands-on expertise in RSA Archer GRC platform development, customization, and administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Archer applications to support enterprise risk management, compliance, and governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions on the RSA Archer GRC platform
• Customize applications, questionnaires, workflows, and dashboards
• Perform configuration and administration of Archer modules
• Integrate Archer with external systems using APIs, web services, and data feeds
• Develop advanced reports, metrics, and data-driven dashboards
• Handle data imports, exports, and transformations
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Archer environments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure data security, compliance, and governance best practices
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with RSA Archer GRC Platform
• Strong knowledge of:
• Archer core solutions (IRM, APM, Vendor Risk, etc.)
• Access Control, Data Driven Events, Notifications
• Questionnaires and Advanced Workflow
• Experience with:
• REST/SOAP APIs
• SQL and database concepts
• Data feeds and integrations
• Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and governance frameworks
• Experience in system upgrades and migration projects
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
