Job Description:We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with expertise in GitHub Actions, Harness, and modern AI technologies including Generative AI and Agentic AI. This role will design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, enable scalable AI model deployment, and build autonomous workflows. The ideal candidate bridges DevOps and AI engineering to accelerate software delivery, automation, and intelligent system orchestration.
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables.
Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Harness
- Automate build, test, and deployment workflows across cloud environments (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
- Integrate and deploy Generative AI models (LLMs, APIs, fine-tuned models)
- Build and orchestrate Agentic AI systems (multi-step autonomous workflows, tool use, decisioning agents)
- Implement infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and security of pipelines and AI services
- Enable MLOps practices for model lifecycle management (training, deployment, monitoring)
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams
Required Skills
- Strong experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline design
- Hands-on experience with Harness (CD, feature flags, cloud cost management is a plus)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience integrating Generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Understanding of Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.)
- Scripting/programming: Python, Bash, or similar
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred)
Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
