Business Analyst – Life Sciences CRM & AI

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Life Sciences CRM expertise and exposure to AI-driven business solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams to drive CRM enhancements, AI adoption, and customer engagement transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

• Analyze CRM workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization and AI adoption.

• Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder requirement sessions.

• Support CRM enhancements and AI-enabled solution evaluation and implementation.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.

• Support UAT, change management, training, and business adoption.

• Prepare executive-ready recommendations and solution proposals.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment across business and technology teams.

Technical Requirements

Strong experience with Business Analysis, Life Sciences Commercial Operations, CRM platforms (Veeva CRM, Salesforce, Dynamics 365), Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, AI Automation, CRM Integrations, Agile/Scrum, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, UAT, and Change Management.

Nice to Have: Veeva Vault, Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce Einstein, Microsoft Power Platform, customer engagement analytics, data governance, master data, AI proof-of-concepts, and Life Sciences regulatory/compliance experience.

Experience: 10+ years Business Analysis with 4+ years supporting CRM initiatives.
