Position Overview
Join our team as an Agile Scrum Master / Agile Coach in Hamilton, NJ.
This contract position requires expertise in agile methodologies and financial services, working closely with technology and engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate agile ceremonies for cross-functional teams and coach on agile best practices.
Align project scope and priorities with business outcomes, managing dependencies and risks.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability through retrospectives and experiments.
Maintain transparency in project planning and execution, providing executive-ready updates.
Ensure compliance and quality in agile workflows within a regulated environment.

Qualifications
8 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or delivery leader in technology.
Proven success in coaching agile teams within financial services.
Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights.
Hands-on experience with agile delivery tools and managing complex technical ecosystems.
Familiarity with AI governance and safety in regulated environments.
