Location: Linthicum Heights, MD (Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Corticon Developer with strong expertise in Progress Corticon (BRMS) to design, develop, and implement complex business rules and decision services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in rule modeling, ruleflow design, and integration of Corticon with enterprise applications using Java or .NET technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop business rules using Corticon Studio

• Create and manage decision tables, ruleflows, and rule services

• Deploy and manage rule services on Corticon Server

• Integrate Corticon decision services with Java/.NET applications via REST/SOAP APIs

• Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into rule logic

• Perform unit testing, debugging, and production support

• Ensure high performance and scalability of rule-based systems

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Progress Corticon (BRMS)

• Strong experience in rule modeling & decision table design

• Experience with Corticon Studio & Corticon Server

• Knowledge of REST/SOAP Web Services

• Strong Java or .NET development background

• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Insurance / Healthcare / Banking domain

• Knowledge of BPM tools

• SQL and database experience

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills
