Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Houston, TX.

Summary:
The Senior Project Manager, Strategic Programs is responsible for leading high-impact, enterprise-wide initiatives that drive business transformation and support strategic organizational objectives. Partnering closely with executive leadership, this role translates vision into actionable plans, aligns cross-functional teams, and ensures successful execution of complex programs that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead large-scale strategic programs from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and business goals
* Develop integrated project plans, roadmaps, governance frameworks, budgets, resource plans, and success metrics
* Manage cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, operations, and external vendors
* Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and execution challenges while maintaining program momentum
* Drive business transformation efforts focused on operational excellence, process improvement, customer experience, and organizational effectiveness
* Influence stakeholders and teams without direct authority, fostering collaboration, accountability, and shared ownership

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
* PMP certification required
* 12+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives
* 5+ years leading geographically dispersed teams and enterprise-scale programs
* Experience leading ERP implementations, ERP workstreams, and/or Warehouse Management System (WMS) deployments
* Demonstrated success delivering enterprise business and technology transformation initiatives
* Strong executive communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
* MBA or equivalent advanced degree
* ITIL, CCMP, or Prosci certification

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
