Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Back-End Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka to design and build scalable, high-performance distributed systems in a cloud-based environment.

Requirements

• 4–8+ years of experience as a Java Engineer

• Strong hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Kafka

• Expertise in Kafka, Design Patterns, Event Sourcing, and Event-Driven Architecture

• Experience with Cassandra, SQL, and NoSQL databases

• Strong understanding of building scalable, distributed systems in cloud/virtualized environments

• Experience developing high-performance ETL and big data solutions

• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and continuous development environments

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovation strategies, processes, and best practices

• Drive execution of multiple business plans and projects

• Support and ensure business objectives are met

• Lead discovery phases for medium to large projects and create high-level designs

• Lead and participate in end-to-end service implementations, data ingestion, and orchestration

• Design and implement low-latency services

• Troubleshoot business and production issues

• Promote company policies, procedures, values, and ethical standards
