Communications Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned communications professional with demonstrated experience writing for executive audiences, including developing compelling talking points, speeches, and high‐profile internal communications. This role requires a strategic thinker who can support and elevate executive‐level events and initiatives, apply a strong strategic lens to new ideas, and proactively bring forward recommendations. Success in this role depends on close collaboration with communications partners, cross‐departmental teams, and enterprise stakeholders to ensure alignment, consistency, and impact. The ideal candidate excels at translating complex information into clear, engaging, and accessible messages, using a storytelling approach that informs, inspires, and reinforces leadership intent while advancing organizational strategy and voice.
 

The Communications Strategist's purpose is to share the many ways that senior leadership cares about our people, whether it's through our training, recognition, engagement, diversity and inclusion efforts, or other programs and philosophies. This role will promote a unified communications strategy grounded in quality, value, and standards. Maintain department-wide voice and branding while customizing communications for executive leadership. Collaborate with Communications management to optimize execution of events, programs, communications, executive communications, script writing and campaigns. Work on assignments that are complex in nature, requiring judgment in resolving issues or making recommendations. Excellent crisis communications, communications strategy, content and storytelling development and executive communication skills are crucial.
