Summary

Role: TPO (Technical Product Owner) to support the ESM initiative.
Location: 1003 US Highway 202, Raritan, NJ 08869 (Onsite)
Duration: Long Duration

Key responsibilities include:
  • Define technical requirements to support business requests.
  • Lead the Technical Feasibility process.
  • Assess integrations, dependencies, architecture impacts, complexity, effort estimates, risks, and compliance considerations.
  • Coordinate solution design activities and support Architecture Review Board (ARB) reviews.
  • Develop high-level solution designs and impact assessments.
  • Provide technical recommendations, capacity estimates, and feasibility guidance.
  • Support demand qualification, approval, portfolio planning, and EPIC/user story creation.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners, Architects, Demand Managers, Business Analysts, and Delivery teams to move demand from intake through execution.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Strong experience in product ownership, technical analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience leading technical feasibility assessments and architecture discussions.
  • ServiceNow platform knowledge is a strong plus, particularly around demand management, governance, and platform delivery.
