About the RoleWe are seeking a
Senior Data Analytics Consultant with deep expertise in
Power BI, Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), data engineering, and business intelligence to support enterprise reporting, process intelligence, KPI management, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) analytics initiatives.
In this role, you will partner with business leaders, data engineers, product teams, and enterprise stakeholders to design scalable analytics solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights. You will lead the development of executive dashboards, cloud-based data pipelines, KPI frameworks, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) reporting that improves operational transparency and supports data-driven decision-making.
This position requires a strategic thinker who can bridge business and technology teams while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience developing and delivering Power BI reporting and analytics solutions.
- 3+ years of experience working with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience building executive dashboards, performance scorecards, and enterprise reporting solutions.
- Experience with data modeling, business intelligence frameworks, and reporting best practices.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets in enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting Human-in-the-Loop (HITL), AI Operations, Process Intelligence, Automation, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Experience implementing Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies and process performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement frameworks.
- Experience developing KPI frameworks, executive scorecards, and operational health reporting.
- Proficiency with Python, APIs, Git-based source control, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with data governance, metadata management, process mining, observability, automation, or workflow analytics platforms.
- Experience working within financial services or other highly regulated industries.
ResponsibilitiesBusiness Intelligence & Reporting- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions.
- Create executive, operational, and strategic reporting that enables data-driven decision-making.
- Develop data models, semantic layers, DAX calculations, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Build interactive visualizations that communicate trends, risks, opportunities, and business performance.
- Optimize dashboard performance, refresh cycles, usability, and scalability.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into impactful reporting solutions.
- Establish reporting standards, governance practices, and technical documentation.
Data Engineering & Google Cloud Platform- Design, build, and optimize scalable data ingestion pipelines within Google Cloud Platform.
- Develop ETL/ELT processes that integrate data from enterprise applications, APIs, operational systems, and external sources.
- Leverage BigQuery and cloud-native services to support enterprise analytics initiatives.
- Support data transformation, data quality validation, reconciliation, and monitoring processes.
- Implement automated ingestion and operational monitoring capabilities.
- Partner with architecture and platform teams to ensure alignment with cloud standards and best practices.
KPI & Performance Management- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define, document, and operationalize KPI frameworks.
- Develop executive scorecards and operational performance reporting solutions.

- Monitor process performance and identify indicators of instability or emerging risk.
- Implement automated alerts and threshold-based monitoring capabilities.
- Support continuous improvement programs through root cause analysis and data-driven insights.
- Partner with process owners and control teams to evaluate operational effectiveness and process health.
Advanced Analytics- Conduct trend analysis, forecasting, statistical evaluations, and operational assessments.
- Identify process bottlenecks, emerging risks, and optimization opportunities.
- Develop executive-ready insights and recommendations based on analytical findings.
- Support process intelligence, observability, automation, AI, and analytics initiatives.
- Participate in Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review sessions.
