We are seeking
Entry-Level Data Center Technicians to support a growing technical operations team. This role provides hands-on support for a wide range of hardware, networking, and infrastructure issues within a data center environment. You will respond to support requests, perform diagnostics, carry out physical repairs, and document all work to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution.
This position is ideal for someone with foundational hardware knowledge who is eager to grow in a fast-paced technical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to end users through phone, email, and in-person requests.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware-related issues, including CPU, RAM, NICs, storage devices, RAID configurations, and system components.
- Perform break/fix repairs on servers and related hardware.
- Document, track, and monitor support cases to ensure timely resolution.
- Install new equipment and assist with data center buildouts.
- Participate in hardware and network diagnostics followed by physical repair.
- Create and update documentation, support process improvements, and contribute to operational efficiency.
- Work under established guidelines and escalate issues appropriately.
- Collaborate with team members while also working independently when needed.
- May participate in an on-call rotation.
Required Skills- Hardware repair and troubleshooting

- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Additional Qualifications- Basic understanding of computer hardware and computer networking
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Organizational skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined or elevated spaces
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel as needed
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.50 - $26.00/hr.
