Location: Augusta, ME (Remote)

Duration: 12 months

Basic Qualifications

*) Bachelor's degree + 5+ years of relevant professional experience in sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting; OR

*) Master's degree + 3+ years of relevant professional experience in sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting.

*) Experience sourcing technical talent across engineering disciplines, including:
1. Systems Engineering
2. Software Engineering
3. Mechanical Engineering
4. Electrical Engineering
5. Aerospace Engineering

*) Experience sourcing talent across non-technical areas such as business, production, operations, and supply chain.

*) Previous experience sourcing cleared talent.

*) Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

*) Experience in both agency and corporate recruiting.

*) Previous sourcing/recruiting experience within the Aerospace and Defense industry.

*) Strong knowledge of social media recruiting and online sourcing channels.

*) Experience working with CRM/candidate management systems.

*) Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
