Project Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to serve as the primary on-site leader for high-impact perimeter security construction projects across the United States. This role is essential in coordinating field operations, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and driving successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate daily crew safety meetings
• Conduct customer meetings, reporting, and documentation
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors and trades on-site
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure customer deliverables
• Perform drawing overlays and review construction blueprints
• Read grades and cuts in the field
• Manage materials, equipment, and supplies to anticipate upcoming work needs

Technical Requirements

1. 5-10 years of construction software experience (BlueBeam, CAD)
2. 5-10 years leading construction projects (strong prior leadership roles)
3. Experience managing trades, including subcontractor oversight and conflict resolution

Work Environment

• Must be able to navigate all areas of active construction sites
• Work in varying weather conditions
• Must be willing and able to travel 100% of the time

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Houston, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
