Summary

1 or more years of experience in IT Service Desk and high-volume call center environments.

Proficiency in Active Directory for user and security group administration.

Experience with Remedy software for incident tracking and ticket escalation.

Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 permissions and calendar delegation.

Experience with Windows operating systems and mainframe password resets via RACF.

Experience in diagnosing local area network connectivity and peripheral hardware issues.

Coordinate product repairs by dispatching and monitoring third-party service providers.

Maintain accurate updates in reference publications and technical diagnostic aids.
