Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic SAP team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling modules, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate client requirements into SAP solutions. This role includes end-to-end project involvement including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICO solutions.
Analyze complex business processes and map them to SAP functionalities.
Work on integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders for solution delivery.
Conduct workshops, document functional specifications, and prepare test cases.
Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.
Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
15+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, COPA, etc.).
Minimum 2-3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Experience in integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
Proficiency in writing functional specifications and working with ABAP developers.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
SAP Certification in FICO is a plus.
