Summary
Join a dynamic team and spearhead business intelligence projects as a Project Manager. Lead strategic initiatives and optimize reporting systems in this remote role for an innovative organization.
<>Responsibilities>- Lead planning and execution of business insights initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Coordinate with team leads to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of reporting solutions and dashboards.
- Oversee training plans and change management strategies to enhance user adoption and engagement with new reporting systems.
- Conduct quality assurance processes and user acceptance testing to ensure high standards and business alignment.
- Drive stakeholder communications and feedback to optimize reporting processes and enhance business insights.
- Minimum of two years in project management focused on business insights and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence technologies such as Databricks, Power BI, or Salesforce Reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using JIRA for agile project management.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with varied communication strategies tailored to diverse audiences.
- Background in risk management within project contexts.
