Job description:
We are seeking a handson Lead Developer with strong Generative AI and cloudnative engineering expertise to build an MCP Model Context Protocol ecosystem and a productiongrade Anthropic chat pipeline via AWS Bedrockpreferredor direct Anthropic API The ideal candidate has shipped realworld AI applications using LangChainLangGraph LLMs Bedrock and vector databases and can lead through architecture coding reviews and mentorship

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Data Engineering or a related field
6 years cloud native application development including 2 years building production GenAI applications
Strong experience with Anthropic AWS Bedrock LLM orchestration and RAG
Proficiency with LangChain and practical exposure to LangGraph
Experience designing MCP toolsservers schemas and enterprise integrations
Handson with Titan or equivalent embeddings and vector DBs pgvector FAISS Pinecone MongoDB Atlas Vector Search
Strong backend skills Python FastAPI microservices eventdriven patterns
Practical AWS experience Lambda S3 ECS SQS STS IAM
Strong communication documentation and Gitbased workflows

Nice to Have

Experience building agentic workflows with LangGraph
Frontend skills ReactAngular for chat UI or operator tools
DevOps experience CICD Docker TerraformCDK KubernetesECS Fargate
Knowledge of data privacycompliance embedding pipelines RBACABAC Secrets Manager
