Job Summary:

CLIENT Division of Public Health is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Data Modernization Initiative project. The role involves business process analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements
Analyze current/future state workflows and conduct gap analysis
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases, and documentation
Support procurement documentation and requirement traceability
Coordinate with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and end users
Perform functional/UAT testing and support go-live activities
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and Agile deliverables

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Business Analysis and SDLC methodologies
Expertise in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and documentation
Experience with Agile, UAT, and process modeling tools
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Visio, SharePoint, and MS Project
Healthcare data reporting systems experience required

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of PMI PMBOK standards and IT Service Management practices
Understanding of application programming, database, and system design
