Job Description

We are looking for a Technology Lead – OneStream with strong experience in OneStream, enterprise finance platforms, and Oracle Financials to lead end-to-end finance technology solutions.

The candidate will own the end-to-end OneStream solution covering financial consolidation and close, planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, data integration, workflow, security, and platform governance. The role will involve close collaboration with Finance, FP&A, and IT leadership to design scalable and supportable solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end OneStream solution across financial consolidation, close, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

• Lead discovery sessions, requirement gathering, and fit-gap analysis with business and technology stakeholders.

• Conduct solution architecture and design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable OneStream solutions.

• Design and implement OneStream capabilities aligned with enterprise finance processes.

• Work closely with Finance, FP&A, and IT leadership to understand business requirements and define technology solutions.

• Lead OneStream data integration with enterprise systems, including Oracle Financials.

• Design and manage OneStream workflow, security, metadata, business rules, and reporting capabilities.

• Provide technical leadership for OneStream implementation, enhancement, integration, and support activities.

• Establish and maintain platform governance, standards, reusable components, and best practices.

• Identify gaps between current finance processes and the target-state OneStream solution and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams throughout the design, development, testing, deployment, and support lifecycle.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

• Provide technical guidance to development and implementation teams.
