Location: Charlotte, NC / Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)
Position Summary:
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
- Previous working experience as a scrum master.
- Should have strong financial domain experience.
- Proficiency in the use of analytic tools.
- Candidate should have exp. with project management background.
- Familiarity with software development
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Prefer to have some AWM testing exp.
- Scrum master certification required.
