Epicor Developer - Remote

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Epicor Developer with 5+ years of Epicor ERP development experience and hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic. This is a hands-on role focused on designing, developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting Epicor Kinetic solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support customizations and enhancements in Epicor Kinetic.
  • Build and maintain Business Process Management (BPM) solutions, including Method Directives and Data Directives.
  • Develop and optimize Business Activity Queries (BAQs), dashboards, and reporting solutions.
  • Create and enhance user interfaces and experiences using Epicor Application Studio.
  • Develop and support integrations using Epicor REST APIs and related services.
  • Write and maintain C#/.NET customizations, Epicor Functions, and related server-side logic.
  • Develop and modify SSRS reports and other reporting solutions as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to customizations, performance, integrations, and data.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Support system upgrades, migrations (including classic-to-Kinetic transitions), testing, and release processes.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, configurations, and integrations.
  • Follow development best practices, coding standards, and change management processes.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on Epicor ERP development experience.
  • Experience developing in Epicor Kinetic.
  • Strong proficiency with core Epicor development tools
