Job Details

Minimum 12 years of commercial construction experience

Experience serving as a Lead Superintendent on large or complex commercial construction projects

Experience managing ground-up construction projects

Experience supervising multiple Superintendents and field staff

Experience coordinating subcontractors across multiple trades

Ability to manage project schedules and sequencing of construction activities

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Experience managing jobsite safety programs and enforcing safety standards

Experience overseeing quality control and inspections throughout construction

Experience coordinating with Project Managers, engineers, and design teams

Ability to lead subcontractor coordination meetings and daily jobsite operations

Ability to manage project logistics, material deliveries, and site planning

Experience maintaining jobsite documentation including daily reports and progress tracking

Strong leadership and communication skills in a field environment

Proficiency with construction management software and field technology platforms

High school diploma or equivalent

OSHA safety certification
