We're Hiring: MS Dynamics 365 F&O Program Manager (MedTech Experience Required)

Are you a seasoned Program Manager with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and a strong background in the MedTech industry? We're looking for a strategic leader to drive large-scale ERP transformations and deliver high-impact business solutions in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of MS Dynamics 365 F&O programs across multiple workstreams

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define roadmap, scope, and success metrics

  • Manage cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, and partners

  • Oversee program governance, risk management, and budget control

  • Ensure alignment with MedTech regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and best practices

  • Drive change management and user adoption strategies

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in ERP implementations, with strong focus on Dynamics 365 F&O

  • Proven track record managing large, complex programs

  • Mandatory: Prior experience in the MedTech / Medical Devices industry

  • Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and operations processes within regulated environments

  • Experience working with compliance frameworks (e.g., FDA, ISO standards)

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with global rollouts or multi-entity organizations

  • Familiarity with Azure, Power Platform, or integrations
