Role: Lead STIBO MDM Developer

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Configuration & Customization: Lead the configuration and customization of Stibo STEP modules, data models, workflows, and business rules.
Integration: Architect and implement integrations between Stibo STEP and other business systems such as ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.
Data Governance: Define and implement processes for data stewardship, quality, and governance.
Data Management: Perform data cleansing, enrichment, and complex data transformations.
Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to solution design and architectural decisions.
Troubleshooting & Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize the performance of the Stibo STEP platform.
Required Skills & Experience
Stibo STEP: Strong, hands-on experience with the Stibo STEP MDM/PIM platform is essential.
MDM/PIM Concepts: A solid understanding of MDM/PIM best practices, data modeling, and entity-relationship diagrams.
Data Integration: Experience with data integration techniques, including ETL, REST APIs, and web services.
Data Formats: Familiarity with various data formats like XML, XSD, JSON, and CSV.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis and issue resolution.
Desirable Qualifications
Stibo Certification: A Stibo certification is often considered an advantage.
Client Interaction: Experience in guiding clients on Stibo architecture and interacting with them to define requirements.
