Job Overview
The Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Specialist (P2P) will support the DC Office of the Chief Financial Officer in analyzing, designing, and implementing financial system solutions within Oracle Cloud ERP.
This role focuses on the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process including Oracle Purchasing and Oracle Payables modules, ensuring efficient financial operations, process improvements, and system optimization.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to translate business requirements into functional specifications and system solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of Business Analyst experience
- 12+ years of SDLC experience
- 12+ years of requirements gathering and documentation
- 12+ years working with Oracle Financials EBS / Oracle Cloud ERP
- 12+ years working as an Oracle Functional SME in Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- 8+ years experience with month-end and year-end financial close
- 8+ years experience providing production support for Oracle EBS / Cloud
- 8+ years experience implementing Oracle ERP Cloud P2P solutions
Required Technical Expertise
Strong experience with:
- Oracle Cloud ERP
- Oracle Purchasing
- Oracle Payables
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Process
- Requirements Documentation
- Financial System Implementation
