Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication across customer-facing, planning, procurement, operations, logistics, and implementation teams.
Build practical project roadmaps that define timelines, resource needs, deliverables, and execution plans.
Review progress against key milestones, surface risks early, and work with internal experts to resolve issues that may affect delivery.
Provide regular status updates, lead meetings, and maintain alignment on priorities, expectations, and next steps.
Monitor budgets, project costs, and authorized customer spending to support financial control through completion.
Evaluate requested scope adjustments and communicate the effect on deadlines, costs, and staffing requirements.
Encourage a team-oriented environment that supports accountability, process improvement, and effective problem-solving.
Follow company standards related to safety, quality, and workplace practices.
