Location – Culver City, CA- 100% ONSITE FROM DAY 1

 

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Infor Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Infor HCM/Payroll configuration, payroll data analysis, testing, and production support. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to configure solutions, analyze payroll data, troubleshoot issues, execute testing, and support system enhancements, upgrades, and releases.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Infor HCM/Payroll modules, business rules, workflows, and system settings based on business requirements.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional configuration and solution designs.
  • Analyze payroll data, perform reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and validate payroll calculations and numerical outputs.
  • Support Infor Payroll processes, enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate defect resolution with technical teams and vendors.
  • Develop, execute, and document functional, integration, regression, and UAT test cases.
  • Validate configurations and perform end-to-end testing for system changes and enhancements.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and releases through impact analysis, testing, and post-production validation.
  • Maintain configuration records, test documentation, process documentation, and functional specifications.
  • Perform data validation and support data-related issue resolution.
  • Assist with user training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and vendors to ensure solutions meet operational and business requirements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, payroll accuracy, and user experience.

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Current and valid Infor Certification is required, relevant to Infor HCM, Infor Payroll, or a related Infor product/module.
  • Hands-on experience with Infor Payroll and/or Infor HCM.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes.
  • Experience with Infor configuration, business rules, workflows, and system settings.
  • Strong payroll data analysis, reconciliation, and validation skills.
  • Experience developing and executing functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
  • Experience supporting system upgrades, patches, releases, and enhancements.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly when validating payroll calculations and numerical outputs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience creating and maintaining functional, configuration, testing, and process documentation.
