You will help ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of business-critical applications and infrastructure by providing 24x7x365 monitoring, incident support, knowledge management, and basic automation. You’ll work with internal technology teams and third-party vendors to detect, escalate, and help resolve incidents—while reducing manual effort through “shift left” practices and scripting/runbooks.

Main Job Responsibilities :
"• Monitor applications/infrastructure using Dynatrace, Grafana, and Azure Monitor; maintain dashboards, baselines, and alerts.
• Participate in incident triage and troubleshooting; escalate to the right teams/vendors using defined procedures.
• Support major incident response by joining bridge calls, capturing notes/timelines, and executing assigned actions under Incident Coordinator guidance.
• Create and update SOPs, knowledge articles, and known error content to improve L1 effectiveness.
• Help identify repetitive issues and contribute to scripts/runbooks (PowerShell/Python/Bash) to automate detection and remediation.
• Assist with operational reporting (e.g., MTTD/MTTR, tickets worked, change validations, major incidents) and continuous improvement actions.
• Provide scheduled coverage for 24x7x365 operations, including off-hours and holidays as needed."
