Location: 100% Remote (with occasional travel to Dallas, TX)

JOB SUMMARY
Vaco by Highspring is currently seeking a Senior Manager / Financial Data Analyst for a 3M C2H opportunity that is primarily remote based, with occasional travel to Dallas, TX). The Senior Manager / Financial Data Analyst will sit within the Technology Finance Organization of a Fortune 10 healthcare leader and will directly report to the VP of Finance. The Senior Manager / Financial Data Analyst is a high-impact individual-contributor position created to establish the analytics and reporting backbone for a newly formed Portfolio / Value Capture Office under the CFOs strategic direction. The successful Senior Manager / Financial Data Analyst will own the measurement, tracking, and executive communication of financial value delivered by a multi-hundred-million-dollar annual technology investment portfolio, providing insights that directly shape future capital allocation, prioritization, and enterprise-wide technology strategy.
About the Project: This Technology Finance Organization of a Fortune 10 healthcare leader is in the process of establishing a formal Portfolio / Value Capture Office under the CFOs direction. The primary mission of the Senior Manager / Financial Data Analyst is to systematically measure and report the financial value delivered by technology investments across the enterprise. This is a green-field opportunity to design the processes, data models, and executive reporting that will shape how hundreds of millions in annual tech spend are evaluated and prioritized going forward.

- Supporting Systems: SAP BPC (primary ERP) / Excel (heavy used for Data Migration / Ad-Hoc Analysis)
- Data Engineering Support Available (this is not a data-engineering or ETL-heavy role)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Core FP&A (deep expertise) – OPEX / CAPEX Planning / Budgeting / Forecasting / Investment Financial Analysis | Translating Complex Financial Data into Clear Business Insights
- PowerBI Development (advanced) – Full End-to-End Ownership of Dashboard / Reporting Development | Building Semantic Models (Relationships / Measures / Calculated Columns) | Writing DAX (hands-on) | Creating Visually Compelling / Exec-Level Dashboards used by the VP- / C-Suite
