>> Hands-on experience with Itron Enterprise Edition (IEE) in a production utility environment
>> Strong understanding of metering concepts, including interval data, TOU, registers, and events
>> Experience working with electric andor gas meters and AMI systems
>> Knowledge of utility data flows across metering, billing, and operational systems
>> Strong hands-on experience with Meter Data Management Systems (MDMS) such as Itron, Oracle MDM, SAP IS-U Device Management, or similar platforms
>> Ability to quickly ramp up on IEE architecture, modules, and configuration
>> SQL and database querying for data analysis and troubleshooting
>> Experience with batch processing, file-based interfaces, andor messaging frameworks
>> Familiarity with UnixLinux environments
>> Understanding of utility integration standards and formats
>> Experience supporting AMI or Smart Metering programs
>> Prior utility industry experience (electric, gas, or water)
>> Experience working in production support and enhancement roles
>> Knowledge of outage, billing, or customer systems integration
>> Exposure to SAP IS-U, CIS modernization, or cloud-based analytics platforms
>> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
>> Ability to work independently on hands-on development and investigations
>> Clear communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
>> Ability to document configurations, interfaces, and operational procedures
