Job Summary The Sr. Systems Analyst will collaborate with engineering teams to design, analyze, and implement strategic software solutions supporting enterprise technology initiatives. This role is responsible for performing technical analysis, gathering and documenting requirements, evaluating cloud and distributed technologies, and ensuring successful delivery of scalable software solutions in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have strong systems analysis experience, software development knowledge, cloud technology exposure, and excellent analytical skills. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement enterprise software solutions. Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Perform systems analysis for cloud-based and distributed technology solutions. Partner with developers, QA teams, architects, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle. Evaluate solution designs to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements. Perform technical analysis of cloud technologies, APIs, and distributed platforms. Analyze system integrations and support API-based application development. Develop and execute SQL queries to analyze and validate application data. Support application testing and collaborate with QA teams to ensure solution quality. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Identify system improvements and recommend scalable technology solutions. Create and maintain functional, technical, and system documentation. Support production issues, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst supporting software solutions. 6+ years of experience working with engineering teams on software development initiatives. Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies. Experience analyzing cloud and distributed technologies. Working knowledge of AWS concepts and AWS Management Console. Experience working with Swagger, REST APIs, XML, and JSON. Strong SQL skills and experience using database query tools. Working knowledge of QA automation and software testing processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting enterprise digital operations or distributed platforms. Experience working with Spring Core or related Java frameworks. Experience with cloud-native application architectures. Familiarity with CI/CD processes and DevOps practices. Experience supporting enterprise-scale software development projects. Education: Bachelors Degree
