Job Description: As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in Adobe Workfront, expected to be an expert in streamlining and optimizing business processes through Adobe's work management solutions. This role requires a thorough understanding of Workfront's capabilities and how they can be leveraged to enhance project visibility, collaboration, and efficiency within organizations. Role requires to possess strong analytical skills to assess clientsa existing workflows, identify areas for improvement, and design customized solutions that align with their strategic goals. Effective communication and stakeholder management are crucial for guiding clients through the implementation of Workfront, driving user adoption, and ensuring successful transformation outcomes.
- Workfront Architect with 3+ years of experience as an architect in a technical lead role
- Own the architecture, configuration, and integration strategy for Adobe Workfront across multiple business units.
- Ensure Workfront operates as a scalable enterprise platform, integrated with DAM, AEM, and MarTech ecosystems, while balancing standardization and BU flexibility.
Architecture & Platform Leadership
Define and govern enterprise Workfront standards (objects, workflows, templates, statuses).
Design scalable solutions across portfolios, programs, and delivery teams.
Guide customization vs standardization decisions.
Integrations & Automation
Lead integrations with DAM (AEM Assets), CMS (AEM), and enterprise systems.
Design and implement automation using Workfront Fusion, APIs, and webhooks.
Required Experience
7+ years in enterprise platforms, MarTech, or work management.
3+ years as Workfront Technical Lead / Architect / Senior Admin.
Deep hands-on experience.
Delivery & Execution
Lead technical delivery across sprints and releases.
Translate business requirements into robust Workfront designs.
Review configurations, Fusion scenarios, and integrations for quality.
Governance, Reporting & Adoption
Establish governance for intake, change, and enhancements.
Design enterprise reporting and dashboards.
Support adoption through scalable patterns and best practices.
Documentation & Enablement
Maintain architecture diagrams, standards, and runbooks.
Create reusable templates and accelerators.
Mentor admins and technical team members.
