Oro Valley, AZ 85755 | Hybrid: onsite approximately 2 days per week

What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Life Sciences, and 4+ years of project management, engineering, or business experience in diagnostics, medical devices, pharma, or biotech.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a regulated industry and in one or more areas such as CDx/IVD development, biomarker development, analytical or clinical validation, regulatory submissions, or instrument/systems development.
  • Experience with Planisware and project management tools, plus working knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and hybrid Waterfall-Agile delivery. PMP/SAFe certification and advanced degrees are preferred.
What you'll be doing
  • Lead Companion Diagnostics (CDx) development projects from conception through launch, partnering with pharmaceutical organizations and internal teams to deliver contract milestones.
  • Own project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, scope, and change control; manage critical paths, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and quality partners; track contract milestones and invoice forecasts while supporting compliance, project health, and continuous improvement.
