What You'll Do - Participate in rotational assignments across diverse fields such as embedded systems and controls, cloud and edge solutions, field sales, and product management.

- Get mentorship and coaching from senior leaders and technical experts
- Build problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Contribute to on-time project delivery and progress reporting

After successfully completing the program, you'll transition into a
full-time role in one of these areas:
- Software Engineering, Application Engineering, Cloud/AI Engineering, Test Engineering
- Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering
What You Bring - We're looking for curious, driven, future-ready thinkers.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field)
- Preferred coursework: thermodynamics, machine design, fluid flow, intro to electrical engineering
- Adaptable and open to working across teams and locations
- Passion for learning, growth, and long-term impact
- Leadership experience from school, work, or community involvement
- Strong communication skills-able to explain technical ideas clearly (words + visuals)
- Comfortable organizing and analyzing data to solve complex problems
- Team-oriented mindset with proven collaboration experience
- Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies
- Internship or Co-op experience is a plus
- Willingness to relocate across the U.S.*
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency
